Refund & Returns Policy

Secure Software Keys is committed to providing fair, transparent, and customer-friendly refund and return procedures. We accept return requests and issue refunds for both defective and non-defective digital products within 30 days of purchase, provided the product has not been activated, installed, or redeemed, subject to the conditions outlined below. All products sold on this website are digital products delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.

1. ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND & RETURN

We offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • The product key is defective, invalid, or does not activate.
  • The product delivered does not match the description on the product page.
  • A technical error on our side prevented delivery or activation.
  • The product is incompatible with your system, despite meeting the stated requirements.
  • The product has not been activated, installed, or redeemed.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

2. NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR RETURN

Refunds or returns will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The product has been activated, installed, or redeemed.
  • Change of mind or personal preference.
  • Region restrictions were clearly stated on the product page.
  • Platform-related issues (such as account bans or restrictions).
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or repeated refund requests.

Once a digital product key is activated, it is considered used and non-returnable.

3. REPLACEMENT AND EXCHANGES

If a digital product key is defective, invalid, or does not activate, customers may choose either:

  • A replacement key (exchange), or
  • A full refund.

Replacement keys are usually provided within 2 business days after the issue is verified. 

If the replacement key also fails to work, the customer will be eligible for a full refund.

Once a product key has been successfully activated, installed, or redeemed, it is considered used and is no longer eligible for exchange or refund.

4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR RETURN

1. Email support@securesoftwarekeys.com within 30 days of purchase

2. Include your order number

3. Clearly explain the reason for your return request

4. Provide supporting evidence if requested (screenshots, error messages, etc.)

We will respond within 1–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 14days business days to the original payment method.

5. Important Notes

  • If a product key does not work, customers may choose either a replacement key or a full refund, in accordance with this policy
  • Once a product key is activated, it is considered used and is no longer eligible for refund.
  • We will not issue duplicate keys after activation
  • All products are digital and delivered electronically.
  • No physical shipping or returns are involved.
  • For platform-specific issues (bans, account problems), contact the platform directly
  • Fraudulent requests may result in account suspension or termination

6. SPECIAL SITUATIONS

Defective Keys: Contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement key or refund within 2 business days.

Failed Delivery: Digital products are normally delivered instantly after payment. If you do not receive your products within 1 hour, contact us at support@securesoftwarekeys.com and we will resend or refund.

By purchasing from us, you agree to this policy. We may update this policy at any time and will notify you of material changes.
