1. ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND

– Product does not function or activate as described

– Product is incompatible with your system despite meeting stated requirements

– Product key is defective or corrupted

– Product does not match the description on our website

– Technical error on our part prevented delivery or activation

– Product has not been activated or redeemed

2. NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND

– Change of mind or personal preference

– Accidental purchase – Product used for more than 2 hours

– Product activated on any platform (Steam, Epic Games, PlayStation, Xbox, etc.)

– Regional restrictions prevent activation

– Fraudulent or repeat refund requests

3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

1. Email support@securesoftwarekeys.com within 30 days of purchase

2. Include your order number

3. Explain your reason for requesting a refund

4. Provide supporting evidence if requested (screenshots, error messages, etc.)

We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

4. Important Notes

– One refund per product purchase only

– Once a product key is activated, it cannot be refunded

– We will not issue duplicate keys after activation

– For platform-specific issues (bans, account problems), contact the platform directly

– Fraudulent requests may result in account suspension or termination

5. SPECIAL SITUATIONS

Defective Keys: Contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement key or refund within 2 business days.

Failed Delivery: If you do not receive your products within 1 hour, contact us at support@securesoftwarekeys.com and we will resend or refund.
