7. REFUNDS AND RETURNS

8. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Product Delivery
All products sold through our Services are digital products delivered electronically. Upon successful payment processing, your order will be delivered immediately via email to the address provided at checkout. Delivery typically occurs within minutes, but may take up to one (1) hour in rare cases due to payment verification or technical delays.
You will receive:
– A confirmation email with your order details
– Digital product keys or download links
– Instructions for product activation/installation when applicable
If you do not receive your products within one (1) hour of completing your purchase, please check your spam/junk email folder first. If you still have not received your products, contact support@securesoftwarekeys.com immediately with your order confirmation number. We will resend your products or issue a full refund at your request.
Product Keys and Redemption
– We recommend redeeming your product key within 30 days of purchase for best results.
– Once a product key is activated or redeemed on a platform (such as Steam, Epic Games, PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, or other digital distribution platforms), it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded
– You are solely responsible for properly storing, protecting, and safeguarding your product keys after delivery
– We are not responsible for lost, stolen, compromised, or misused product keys after they have been delivered to your email address
– Backup or duplicate keys will not be issued after an original key has been activated or redeemed
– You may not share your product keys with other users or allow others to use keys purchased under your account
Product Use Restrictions and Licensing
All digital products purchased from our Services are provided under a limited, non-exclusive license for your personal, non-commercial use only. This license is subject to the following restrictions:

Compliance with Publisher and Platform Terms: All digital products are subject to the End User License Agreement (EULA) and terms of service provided by the publisher or platform. You must comply with all such terms, including but not limited to:

– All applicable platform terms of service (Steam, Epic Games, PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, etc.)

Unauthorized Use and Consequences

• Make any unauthorized use of the Services, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users for the purpose of sending unsolicited email

• Sell or otherwise transfer your profile
• Resell products purchased from our Services for commercial purposes

• There is no right or authority for any Dispute to be arbitrated on a class action basis or to utilize class action procedures
• There is no right or authority for any Dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons

There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Services at any time, without prior notice.

21. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of:
